Right of withdrawal
As a customer with us, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your cancellation and return the item within 14 days of sending your cancellation notice.
Here's how to make a return:

Let us know about your regret: Send an email to hej @ma rostudio.se and provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Email address
- Order number
- Which products does the return apply to?

Return the products: Once we have received your notification of withdrawal, you must return the products immediately and no later than within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping and that the products are in their original condition and packaging. We recommend that you send the products well packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Return costs: You are responsible for return shipping, and we recommend that you use trackable shipping to be able to track your return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the packaging has been broken (e.g. the wrapper around Magirullen), as we cannot guarantee that the product has not been used. The product must be in saleable condition for the right of withdrawal to apply.
Complaints and Complaints
We want you as a customer to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have the right to complain about the product. We comply with applicable consumer protection legislation and ensure that any errors are corrected free of charge.
How to make a complaint:

Contact us: If you discover a fault or damage to the product, please contact us as soon as possible, and at the latest within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, at hej @marostudio.se . In your message, you should state the following:
- Your name
- Your address
- Email address
- Order number
- A description of the error, preferably with an attached picture of the damage.

Approval before return: You must always get approval from us before returning a defective product. We will assist you with instructions on how to return it.

We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints: If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for return shipping. After we have received and approved the complaint, we will fix the error, send a replacement product or refund the amount for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Denied complaint: If it turns out that the product is not defective according to applicable legislation, we reserve the right to deny the complaint.
