Orders and delivery
How to order: To place an order on our webshop, select the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout, where you fill in your delivery information and choose payment options. Once your order is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation to your email address.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on all products. To return an item, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up, a fee of SEK 175 will be charged to cover shipping, return and handling costs. The fee will be automatically deducted upon refund.
Damage during transport
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to report the damage and receive assistance with the return.
